Here we have a very nicely constructed 2" scale traction engine to the doubled up 'Minnie' design. This is a fairly newly constructed model that has been finished, run in, and all the 'new' engine tweaks have been done before the model was painted. Unfortunately the builder never got round to disassembling it for painting. Se essentially this is a virtually brand new, fully sorted model, ready for you to strip and paint in the livery of your choice,...... or alternatively simply play with it as it stands.
Mechanically it is nice and crisply made, and timed very well. It will tick over very smoothly right down to low speeds, and all the bearings and gears are very quiet,.... as you would expect for a new model.
